What are my shipping options?


Free ground shipping is available for any order over $35.




When will my order ship?


All orders are processed within 1-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Please check more information at Shipping & Returnn Policy page.




How do I track my order?


If you have membership with us, please log in to your account and click on “ My Orders” to check the status of orders. If you don’t have an account with us or have not received an order confirmation email please contact moonprintco@gmail.com with your order number, billing last name, and email address or zip code. Thank you!

What do I do if I receive a defective order?


MoonPrint is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.




How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?


Please contact us either on the Contact page or moonprintco@gmail.com within 48 hours of your order to make changes to your order.




How to cancel an order that I’ve placed?

Why is my order cancelled?


Although this does not happen often, your order may be cancelled because the item you selected became no longer available. We will contact you through email to discuss the issue.

We will do our best to make sure our website reflects the latest status of our inventory, please note that updates may be delayed during special events or sales.
